Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a configuration management professional to establish and follow CM/DM processes across project lifecycles. You will develop and maintain CM databases, manage documentation, and serve as the focal point for CDM data.

The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret clearance, with strong communication and collaboration across engineering, quality, and program management teams.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience required; a bachelor’s with 3 years or a master’s with 1 year are acceptable.
• Strong oral and written communication to interface with program management and customers.
• Experience with product lifecycle management software; Teamcenter highly preferred.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and follow CM/DM processes throughout project life cycles to maintain configuration control.
• Develop, operate, and maintain CM database and other process management tools.
• Maintain the Hardware and Software Configuration Management Plan and manage CM products/docs.
• Serve as focal point for control, storage, retrieval, and delivery of all CDM data.
• Control change requests for configuration items; administer change configuration review boards.
• Assist in processing and tracking program contract and supplier deliverables.
• Plan and coordinate preparation of project documentation to meet customer requirements.
• Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with multiple teams.
• Perform baseline management, hardware release, replication management, and config audits.
• Perform change management and status identification.
