Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC in Carmel, IN seeks a Senior System Configuration Engineer to be the technical authority for system configuration within the Service Delivery Organization. You will establish configuration standards, mentor Analysts, and guide client implementations toward scalable, supported, and best-practice configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of work experience.
• Advanced experience designing and implementing business rules, workflows, and system configurations.
• Experience mentoring technical staff or serving as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for complex client configuration design and business rule implementation.
• Review proposed system configurations for alignment with platform capabilities and best practices.
• Identify configuration risks and unintended downstream impacts before implementation.
• Recommend alternative approaches to improve scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with implementation teams to design solutions for complex business scenarios.
• Provide technical consultation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Mentor Configuration Analysts and develop training materials and playbooks.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions on capabilities and configuration techniques.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Analyze production issues to identify trendy configuration design improvements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive quality and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with Product Support to reduce recurring incidents.
