Job summary

Terranea Resort is seeking a Conference Services Manager to oversee all aspects of conference planning, coordinate client function details, menus and budgets while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce/Delphi) and strong organizational skills. A CMP or college degree is preferred. This is a full‑time on‑site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as Conference/Convention Services Manager or Event Planning Manager
• CMP preferred but not required
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Input and access information in the property management system
• Coordinate arrangements for client functions and menus
• Review Banquet Event Orders and ensure accuracy of details
• Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction and service quality
• Ensure staff follow policies and achieve revenue goals
• Attend daily meetings to review bookings, schedules and priorities
