Job summary

Four Seasons in Atlanta seeks a Bonquet/Assistant Manager to coordinate conference group requirements, enforce contracts, and guide meeting planners through planning processes. You will communicate client needs across departments and supervise banquet events to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

The role requires strong English proficiency, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and experience in catering or banquet operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage complex events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements for conference groups booked by Sales Department.
• Guide planners through planning process and communicate client needs to hotel departments.
• Plan, attend and participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients.
• Coordinate with Sales and Catering to maximize function space utilization and revenue.
• Prepare monthly booking reports and ensure accurate billing and consent documentation.
• Supervise banquet events execution and ensure client satisfaction.
• Respond to crisis following resort emergency plans and maintain service standards.
