Job summary

Allied Reliability seeks a CM Analyst to deliver high‑quality condition monitoring and reliability services at client sites. You will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting while advising on health of rotating and stationary equipment.

You will act as a technical resource, communicate program status to clients, and contribute to continuous improvement of the CM program across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of rotating machinery fundamentals including pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, fans, and compressors.
• Proficiency in spectral, time waveform, and phase analysis for fault detection.
• Working knowledge of oil analysis, infrared thermography, MCSA, and ultrasonic testing.

Responsibilities

• Collect data using vibration, thermography, oil analysis, MCSA, ultrasonics.
• Analyze spectra, time waveforms, and phase to diagnose faults and urgency of actions.
• Integrate findings across CM technologies for multi‑channel asset health.
• Maintain sensor configurations, alarm thresholds, and data quality.
• Produce clear reports communicating findings, risks, and actions.
