Job summary

Allied Reliability, Houston-based Condition Monitoring Analyst role, delivers high-quality CM and reliability services to clients. You will independently manage plant areas, collect/analyze data, interpret findings, and report on rotating and stationary equipment health while advising on corrective actions.

As the primary technical contact for client sites, you will present findings, conduct awareness sessions, and support continuous improvement across CM technologies, databases, and reporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• ASNT Level II or ISO Category III certification anticipated/achievable.
• Experience with vibration analysis and reliability engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced data acquisition on CM equipment using vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, motor current analysis, ultrasonics.
• Conduct spectral, time waveform, and phase analysis to diagnose faults and recommend actions.
• Produce clear reports communicating findings and risk to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary technical contact for client sites and educate client personnel on CM principles.
