Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the concrete superintendent role within the construction industry.

• Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations is required.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are needed to keep projects on track.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor and inspect work progress to identify issues or deviations from plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges.
• Interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Coordinate and schedule delivery of materials and equipment to site.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and daily logs.
