Job summary

ViaSun Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Concrete Superintendent to oversee construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a team, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve challenges and deliver projects on time. Minimum five years of concrete superintendent experience in construction is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Superintendent in construction.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and ability to read plans.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

ViaSun Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects. As a Concrete Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and leading a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment at all times
• Monitoring and inspecting work progress to identify any issues or deviations from plans
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any project-related challenges
• Interpreting and implementing project plans, specifications, and blueprints
• Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site
• Preparing and submitting progress reports, daily logs, and other project documentation

To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent in the construction industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and the ability to interpret project plans are also required.
