Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in general construction with 5 years in a Superintendent role.
• Prior experience in general repair projects including concrete repair and waterproofing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-level field management to Superintendents and crews.
• Participating in pre-project planning and disseminating details to field teams.
• Assisting project teams with financial cost reports and paperwork.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Strong hands-on construction knowledge

Advanced leadership skills

Proficient in Microsoft suite and construction math

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

Significant relevant work experience
