Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Concrete Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment at all times.
• Monitoring and inspecting work progress to identify any issues or deviations from plans.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve project-related challenges.
• Interpreting and implementing project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
• Preparing and submitting progress reports, daily logs, and other project documentation.
