Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large and complex commercial and institutional construction projects in Richmond, VA. This permanent role requires a proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include directing project teams, coordinating with PMs and subs, monitoring costs, enforcing safety and LEED standards, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supervisory role on large construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and BlueBeam for project delivery.
• CCM or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise project teams including architects, engineers, laborers and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement project strategies and schedules to meet milestones.
• Monitor and control costs to maintain the budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality.
• Use Procore and BlueBeam to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues during construction.
• Ensure compliance with LEED or related sustainability standards.
• Provide leadership to the team and report to senior management.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports.
