You will manage project phases from planning to completion, ensure safety and quality, and maintain open communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Self-perform concrete experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership to manage diverse teams of workers and subs.
• Solid project planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with sound decision-making under pressure.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety or related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from design through final construction.
• Ensuring all activities align with the project plan.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials.
