Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership role in construction.
• Experience leading site teams and managing budgets, estimates, costs.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain workmanship to match plans and specifications.
• Ensure project adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
• Direct activities related to construction and maintenance of facilities.
• Prepare budgets and progress/cost tracking reports.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Explain plans and contract terms to staff and clients.
• Respond to delays, weather, or emergencies at site.
• Inspect projects for compliance with codes and regulations.
