Job summary

Kiewit is hiring Concrete Superintendents to support multi-year heavy civil and industrial projects across a wide Central region, with assignments in CO, MO, MT, NM, KS, NE, IA, MN, WY, ND, SD and occasional TX. You will lead 2+ crews, oversee formwork, rebar, embeds, placement, finishing and curing with a strong safety focus.

Expect per diem, paid trips home every few weeks, and opportunities to advance within a large employee-owned company committed to safety, quality and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading self-perform work on heavy civil, industrial or power projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence for all concrete work.
• Lead safety briefings, hazard analyses and crew huddles to maintain safety standards.
• Develop pour plans and look-ahead schedules; coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors to align milestones.
