Kent Companies seeks a seasoned concrete superintendent to lead major field operations on national projects. The role centers on driving execution, balancing production with quality, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

This position requires 3–5 years of superintendent-level experience in commercial concrete, self-performing with in-house crews, and willingness to travel to out-of-state data centers or warehouses. ACI flatwork credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of superintendent-level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial/industrial flatwork projects.
• Background self-performing concrete with in-house manpower.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out-of-state data center or warehouse projects.
• ACI flatwork credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Manage customers and communicate internally with project teams and externally with customers.
• Understand constructability, mix designs, and place-and-finish.
