Kent Companies seeks an experienced superintendent to lead field operations on major concrete projects. You will drive execution, balance production with quality, and coordinate with customers and internal teams on high-profile commercial and industrial sites.

The role emphasizes self-perform concrete leadership, in-house manpower, and strong communication. Domestic travel to out-of-state data center or warehouse projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of superintendent-level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects.
• Background self-performing concrete with in-house manpower.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out-of-state projects.
