Kent Companies is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to lead major concrete operations on high-profile commercial and industrial projects across the United States. The role focuses on driving execution in the field, balancing production goals with quality, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of superintendent-level experience in commercial concrete, with a background in self-performing concrete using in-house crews.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of superintendent-level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects.
• Background self-performing concrete with in-house manpower.
• Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Manage customers and communicate internally with project teams and externally with customers.
• Understand constructability, mix designs, and place-and-finish.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out-of-state data center or warehouse projects.
