Job summary

Commercial Contracting Corporation (CCC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Civil Self-Perform Services to lead large-scale industrial, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects in Auburn Hills, MI. You will supervise all phases from preconstruction planning to closeout, delivering work safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive project management experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience managing self-perform civil work (earthwork, excavation, site development, underground utilities, infrastructure).
• Experience leading large-scale industrial, commercial, or heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage 300.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, profitable, and successful delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project financial performance, contract compliance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet cost, schedule, quality, and client objectives.
• Maintain accountability for project profitability, client satisfaction, and overall project success.
