Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the execution phase of large-scale concrete projects in Sanford, FL. You will collaborate with the operations team to develop a detailed project plan and keep it on track.

Responsibilities include coordinating crews, managing schedules and safety, tracking time sheets and progress, and communicating status to stakeholders. A CM/engineering degree plus 5+ years of self-perform concrete experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over $500K.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and project planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and adjust to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
