Job summary

• A Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience.
• At least five (5) years of relatable construction experience.
• Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Teams in the successful completion of construction projects from hand-off to close-out.
• Plan and schedule projects, allocate resources, and provide technical direction.
• Develop and cascade the project schedule to field operations and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review budgets, job progress reports, and daily logs for accuracy.
• Coordinate safety, licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coach and develop junior engineers and assistant project managers.
