Job summary

You’ll oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance while coordinating with Estimating, Safety, and Operations. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 5+ years of construction experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• At least five years of relatable construction experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from hand-off to close-out, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Safety, and Operations to meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, risk, and compliance with laws and contracts.
• Coach and develop junior engineers and PMs; maintain project documentation.
