Job summary

Fessler & Bowman, Inc. seeks a Travel Project Manager to lead project teams from hand-off through close-out on commercial concrete and civil earthwork projects across the United States.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and regulatory compliance, while directing technical work and ensuring quality standards. Qualified candidates have a BS in Engineering (or equivalent) and 10+ years of PM experience, with strong communication, organization, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience.
• At least ten (10) years of project management experience.
• Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Estimating, pricing and negotiating the price on the project.
• Developing the project team and holding each member accountable for their assignment.
• Continually expanding knowledge and use of industry best practices and innovation.
• Solving problems, as they arise, by using available knowledge and resources.
