Job summary

Doggett Concrete Construction is seeking a capable Project Manager/Superintendent to lead complex concrete construction projects across the southeastern US. You will review contracts, manage scope, and coordinate with Superintendents and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strict safety compliance.

You will develop schedules, oversee field execution, prepare proposals, and maintain rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably concrete construction.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects with cost control, schedule adherence, safety, and quality.
• Exceptional communication skills with Superintendents, vendors, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software such as PlanSwift, Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review contracts and project scopes; manage all financial aspects.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs from construction documents using Planswift or similar software.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules; oversee execution for scope and quality.
• Maintain professional client relationships and communicate effectively with General Contractors.
• Process and issue sales agreements and subcontracts; review shop drawings and submittals.
• Create comprehensive concrete proposals with documentation for submission.
• Monitor and track quantities of materials; ensure safety documentation is completed correctly.
