Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the execution phase of large-scale concrete projects. You will develop and manage the overall project plan and coordinate across the operational team to ensure on-time delivery and execution excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project execution for a Self-Perform GC or concrete contractor, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and a concrete self-perform background.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1,000,000
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
