Job summary

Okland Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Concrete Project Manager in Tempe, AZ to oversee all self-perform concrete operations on large commercial projects.

You will lead planning, execution, and delivery within schedule, budget and quality standards, collaborating with internal teams and trade partners. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing self-perform concrete projects.
• Expertise in horizontal and vertical forming systems.
• Proficiency in P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of sequencing and interface between materials.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and cost projections for concrete scope.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment to meet project goals and financial targets.
• Partner with superintendents, estimators, and preconstruction teams to align sequencing on resource allocation.
• Enforce Okland’s quality standards through inspections, mock-ups, and compliance with specifications.
• Promote and enforce Okland’s safety culture and OSHA guidelines across all job sites.
• Maintain understanding of trade partner agreements and foster fair relationships.
• Mentor and train craft and salaried team members to elevate concrete expertise and performance.
