Jobot is seeking an experienced Estimator for concrete paving projects in Arizona, focusing on heavy civil and transportation work such as highways, runways, and military airfields. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and guide projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of DOT/ FAA requirements, proficiency with estimating software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office, plus excellent

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concrete paving and/or heavy civil project management and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FAA, and other public agency project requirements.
• Proficient in estimating software and project management tools.
• Experience designing in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient in all MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Minimal to no travel.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for concrete paving projects.
• Manage all phases of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor job costs and make recommendations to maintain profitability.
• Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders.
