Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.

• Experience with managing concrete testing laboratory operations and accreditation programs.
• Experience with developing, conducting, and managing training and testing certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Research on funded projects in concrete pavement and materials engineering and durability testing.
• Lead development of proposals or participate on a proposal development team.
• Provide technical assistance to TxDOT staff for concrete pavement construction and maintenance projects.
• Develop, conduct, and manage training programs for concrete materials testing and certification.
