Job summary

You will collaborate with senior staff to produce engineering evaluations, perform field work nationwide, and develop deliverables and proposals while advancing pavement modeling and data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 2+ years of pavement engineering experience; graduate work may count.
• FE exam preferred.
• Experience with nondestructive pavement testing and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel for field work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior staff and technicians to develop evaluation and rehab strategies.
• Participate in field work, both local and nationwide.
• Work with large datasets from pavement testing to support state DOTs and sponsors.
• Conduct analyses using FWD, TSDD, GPR, and other equipment.
• Assist with deliverables including technical reports.
• Contribute to proposals in response to RFPs and engage in marketing.
