Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operations in the Materials and Tests Division focusing on concrete laboratory activities.
• Plan and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate training, certification programs, and field evaluations supporting TxDOT pavement initiatives.
• Review progress with project engineers, inspectors, and contractors to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain project documentation.
