Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead on-site operations for concrete pavement projects in the Virginia market. Responsibilities include safety leadership, coordinating the concrete crew, and ensuring quality and timely completion of work in accordance with contracts.

The role requires deep experience in concrete paving, strong communication, and the ability to read plans and manage materials and crews effectively on busy job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete pavement construction.
• Technical skills in concrete paving and compaction operations.
• Must be able to read blueprints, specifications and plans and calculate job site materials and trucking to maintain budget and job efficiency.
• Good communication skills and leadership capability.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English; valid US driver’s license; pass drug screen and background check; comply with E-Verify requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage concrete crew, ensuring safety and quality on site.
• Monitor progress and ensure proper utilization of workers and equipment.
• Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and hauling vendors.
• Verify measurements, slope, and thickness per contracts using grade/slope controls.
• Communicate job-related information with customers and project teams.
• Read and relay information from work orders to crew and operate concrete equipment.
