Job summary

Capital Teams seeks a Concrete Paving Foreman to lead daily concrete paving operations on roadway, airport, and heavy civil projects. This role supervises crews, coordinates equipment, and ensures quality and safety compliance in a fast-paced field environment.

The Foreman will oversee slipform paving, curb and gutter work, concrete placement, finishing, and grade control, while maintaining production schedules and teamwork among multiple crews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of concrete paving experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete paving crews and operators.
• Coordinate daily paving activities to meet production goals.
• Train and mentor crew on safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Ensure quality, grade compliance, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain daily production reports and coordinate with project management.
