Job summary

J+M Infrastructure in Virginia is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on our civil construction and site development projects. You will plan daily tasks, monitor safety, read plans, supervise concrete operations, and ensure quality finishes on curbs, sidewalks, pavement and stairs.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of concrete supervision, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with the crew.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years field experience as concrete foreman.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with good driving history; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe site and enforce safety rules.
• Plan, schedule and execute daily tasks for site and crew.
• Meet daily production goals and oversee subcontractors.
• Lead by example and communicate effectively.
• Pass drug testing as required in a drug-free workplace.
