Job summary

Concrete, Inc. of St. Cloud, MN is seeking a full-time Concrete Foreman to plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute on job sites. The Foreman must lead and motivate crews, forecast schedules, manage safety, and ensure quality workmanship within budget and timelines.

You will oversee on-site operations, read blueprints, coordinate labor, materials and equipment, train new employees, and maintain clear communications with customers and subcontractors. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete placement.
• Experience with footings, walls, forming and flatwork.
• Ability to plan day-to-day operations and forecast schedules.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage projects on-site to produce quality workmanship within budget and schedule.
• Ensure all company policy, procedures and standards are enforced at the project site.
• Build and maintain good relationships with employees, customers, owners and subcontractors.
• Develop work schedule for employees.
• Train new employees in specific tasks.
• Responsible for all project safety.
• Effectively manage labor, material and equipment resources.
• Effectively maintain communications (paper and electronic) needed for jobsite and employees.
