Innovative Concrete LLC in Minot, ND is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead on-site crews, keep projects on schedule and up to quality standards.

You will guide daily tasks, enforce safety, interpret blueprints, report progress to the superintendent, and maintain records. The role offers full-time hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth through leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of concrete experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills to manage a crew.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, tools, and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities of concrete crew on job sites.
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications; assign tasks accordingly.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule and meets all specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of work progress, materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to report on progress and address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of workforce, daily activities, and timelines.
• Participate in planning and scheduling of concrete pours and finishing operations.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively.
