Jobot is actively seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead large-scale operations across municipal, commercial, and structural projects. You will supervise crews on site, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure high-quality concrete placements while maintaining safety and production targets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on concrete experience, with prior foreman or lead role.
• Wall system formwork experience.
• Laser screed operations experience.
• Concrete paving machines experience.
• Curb & gutter construction experience.
• High-volume pours (600–800 yards per pour).
• Understanding of concrete mix designs, placement and curing.
• Ability to manage crews on municipal, commercial, and structural projects.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety standards and quality control.
• Ability to work under tight schedules; CDL is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate concrete crews on site, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety at all times.
• Plan and execute large-volume concrete pours ranging from 600–800 cubic yards per placement.
• Oversee layout, installation, and stripping of wall system formwork.
• Operate and supervise laser screed systems for flatwork and paving applications.
• Direct concrete placement using paving machines, including setup, calibration, and finishing coordination.
• Manage curb & gutter projects, ensuring proper line, grade, jointing, and finish quality.
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, grades, and elevations.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain schedules.
• Enforce company safety policies and jobsite best practices.
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and accountability.
• Ensure proper care, maintenance, and utilization of tools and equipment.
• Maintain daily production reports and material quantities.
