Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the execution phase of major concrete construction projects. You will collaborate with the operations team to develop and manage the detailed project plan, ensuring on-time delivery and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contracting, strong knowledge of construction principles, and a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices for projects over 1 million dollars.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
