Job summary

Candidates should have 5+ years of progressive field experience, self-perform concrete, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience on Commercial/Industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices for projects over $1M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
