Job summary

LITHKO is hiring a Senior Superintendent in Jacksonville, FL, to lead the execution phase of large-scale concrete construction projects. You will partner with the operations team to craft a comprehensive project plan, manage execution readiness, and drive results across Commercial/Industrial projects.

The role requires 5+ years in project execution for concrete contractors, expertise in self-performed concrete, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Concrete self-perform experience is required.
• Experience with diverse project types, especially Commercial/Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over $500K.
• Ability to lead people and drive project success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operations team during turnover and planning.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities from project information.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the team to generate accurate project information and reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Communicate project status timely and accurately to stakeholders.
