Sequoia Services LLC is seeking a skilled Concrete Carpenter with at least 5 years of field experience to join our on-site crew. You will follow established finish grades during slab pours, read a tape measure precisely, tie rebar per plans, install embeds and anchor bolts, and set string lines for accurate forms.

You will construct and erect wooden or steel forms, place and finish concrete, cure, and cut slabs, and operate a range of tools safely.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of concrete experience.
• Must be able to follow established finish grade during the pouring of slabs.
• The ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• The ability to tie rebar per plans.
• Install embeds and anchor bolts in accordance with plans.
• Set string line for setting of concrete forms.
• Measure, cut, assemble forms, construct and erect/build in place prefabricated wooden/steel forms.
• Set up and secure forms at correct location, leveling ground and ensuring forms are stable and aligned.
• Perform concrete placement and finish to include placing, finishing, curing, and cutting of concrete slabs.
• Proficient in the use of listed tools (edges, floats, blades, tools).
• Patching of voids and repair of concrete work; patch and point experience preferred.
• Dismantle, clean, store or dispose of forms after use.

• Dismantle and clean up forms after use.
