Job summary

Sequoia Services is seeking a Concrete Carpenter/Finisher to perform placement and finishing of concrete slabs on outdoor sites. The role requires reading tape measures, setting formwork, tying rebar per plans, and installing embeds and anchor bolts.

Workers will also dismantle and store forms after use and comply with PPE requirements. Applicants should be prepared for long shifts, outdoor weather conditions, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience following finish grade during slab pours.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Knowledge of tying rebar per plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete placement and finishing: placing, finishing, curing, cutting slabs.
• Dismantle, clean and store forms after use.
• Install embeds and anchor bolts per plans.
• Set string lines for formwork.
