The Waters seeks a Lead Concierge to oversee the Concierge team, act as the face of the community, and coordinate resident and guest activities. You will model and lead the team, train staff, and work with the operations manager to track performance.

The role requires hospitality-focused leadership, compassion for elderly care, and a commitment to creating a warm, engaging environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a concierge or related position.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Compassion for hospitality, service, and elderly care excellence.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents.
• Engage residents' family and friends and visit with them.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Concierge team operations and performance.
• Serve as the face of the community and coordinate resident/guest activities.
• Monitor customer service metrics with Business Operations Manager.
• Train and mentor Concierge staff to uphold service standards.
