Full-time schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with benefits including paid holidays, PTO, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Concierge team and serve as the face of the community.
• Manage the hub for resident and guest activity planning; train and monitor Concierge team performance.
• Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager to track Concierge team performance and customer service metrics.
