Responsibilities

• Lead ambassador of the Company's image and provide high-quality service to clients, callers and visitors.
• Answer calls on the switchboard and direct them to the right personnel or department.
• Take messages and ensure prompt follow-up with callers.
• Greet and check-in residents and visitors with appointments; inform staff of arrivals.
• Coordinate courier traffic between agents and staff for documents and parcels.
• Provide support for various office/administrative functions.
• Promote a friendly, welcoming environment within the Office.
• Keep reception area in impeccable condition.
• Promote all services of the company to contacts.
• Be on call during calamities or disruptions affecting operations.
• Carry out other duties as directed by the corporate office.
