Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report status to management.
• Analyze plans to determine resources and equipment needs.
• Coordinate multiple projects as an individual and as a team member.
• Support Tenant Project Managers to align built-out schedules with project timelines.
• Prepare and analyze pro formas; develop recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage community events for RFPs.
• Build relationships across the organization to ensure project success.
• Keep Leadership Team informed of progress and issues.
