Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board seeks a Program Coordinator to coordinate multiple projects within the Customer Experience department under the Sr Customer Experience Programs Manager. You will help develop standardized procedures and project plans for large processes and programs.

You will track budgets, prepare budgets, and maintain budget records, while creating dashboards for leadership and guiding project schedules and reporting across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• Two years of experience developing project plans and tracking results.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains project budget control by tracking planned vs. actual spend.
• Participates in preparing budgets and maintaining budget accounts.
• Creates and maintains department project dashboards for leadership transparency.
• Works with project owners to create schedules and revise as needed.
• Provides tools to organize initiatives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinates and updates individual plans for consistent project tracking.
• Prepares reports and materials using word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets.
