Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) seeks a project coordinator to manage multiple RFP issuances from development through awarding. You will apply project management principles to develop procedures, plans, and schedules and to perform financial analyses of lease structures and revenue projections.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, prepare pro formas, coordinate community events for each RFP, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management field.
• 1+ year of experience developing project plans and tracking results.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report development and implementation status to management using project management and reporting tools.
• Analyze plans to establish adequate resources and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously as an individual and as a team member.
• Provide support to Tenant Project Managers to align built-out schedules with project schedules.
• Prepare and analyze pro formas and develop recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage community events for RFPs.
• Develop and establish relationships across the organization to ensure projects are implemented successfully.
• Prepare status updates and inform Leadership Team of progress and issues.
• Coordinate among Concessions sections to develop project plans.
