Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board seeks a seasoned professional to support administration and performance of concessions, RAC tenants and related contracts. You will verify OBAs, analyze agreements for compliance, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Audit and other airport staff to ensure proper contract execution.

Responsibilities include project planning, space planning, lease reviews, and documentation standards, while driving efficiency and customer service in concession

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, business administration or a related field is required.
• Three (3) plus years of experience in project development, consumer research, marketing or contract administration and related payments.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for assigned concession agreements, including RAC Tenants.
• Verify Official Board Actions (OBAs) and RAC Board Actions; ensure timely processing.
• Analyze and monitor contracts for compliance with rental payments, insurance, reports, and fees.
• Process and track contract approvals with Legal, Finance, Audit, BDD and airport staff.
• Manage projects with stakeholders, including space planning, leases, permits and construction plans.
• Maintain templates and documentation for contract administration and OBAs.
• Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and RFPs/RFQs/RFBs evaluations; monitor operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects and concessions upgrades.
