Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality at events in Los Angeles. You will help staff, schedule, train, and coach event staff while delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be at least 18, highly organized, handle food and beverage safety, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time management and prioritizing skills.
• Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and work during all venue events.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform production tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with direct interaction with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible service of alcohol and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Ensure all cash and alcohol handling procedures are documented and followed.
• Conduct inventory audits and reconciliations.
