SR2 in Austin, TX is scaling fast and hiring a senior perception engineer to own real-time perception for field robots. You will work on fusing camera data with other sensors to form a robust environmental picture and move models from research to deployed, monitored production systems.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical and controls engineers in a team that moves quickly, with a builder's mindset and a startup-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Senior-level computer vision or perception experience with strong Python and C++.
• Track record of shipping models that run on real hardware.
• Comfort with sensor fusion, calibration and debugging perception in the real world.

I’m working with a VC-backed robotics company in Austin that’s scaling fast and hiring senior perception talent to match. The robots are real, the customers are real, and so are the problems you'll get to solve.

You’ll be on‑site with the team, close to the hardware, which means short feedback loops between a model change and seeing it run on a robot.
