Job summary

NSA is seeking Computer Systems Architects to modernize IT architecture, analyze research, and introduce changes based on evolving project requirements. You will map data, align enterprise data models, and specify information transport between systems.

The role requires a CS degree with relevant experience; NSA offers DCIPS, security clearances, and comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time position at Fort Meade, MD with standard 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience must include design/development of computer or information systems across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Modernize IT architecture through analysis of research and introducing changes based on evolving project requirements.
• Integrate industry trends, emerging technologies and standards and new vendor features.
• Collaborate with experts to identify, evaluate and recommend technical solutions.
• Produce compliance results for established project requirements and IT architecture.
• Define and analyze data requirements, mapping legacy data stores and formats to data models.
• Propose standard ways for information transport between IT systems and stored data.
• Perform architectural alignment of data models.
